Nose is the most prominent feature of our face. To attain complete facial beauty, we need to take right care of the nose.nose is one of the body parts which are easily affected by the environment.Its function and shape may be changed if its complex network of bone and cartilage has been damaged by any type of infection.


So it’s very important to look after your nose. For curing nose from different diseases we need to collect some important information. 



(1)  Always clean the skin of your nose with mild soap or cleanser.

(2)  use onion while bleeding from nose...smell the onion... better medicine!!



(3) Breathe in warm steam a day to help moisten the nose and prevent dryness.

    (3)  Take clean coconut oil & warm it up & use it on the scalp at nighttime & go it for the total nighttime & next first light take a few lemon juice & apply it on the scalp in the similar method & go for half an hour & clean it.



    (4)  Massaging the scalp with fresh apple juice is said to fade dandruff away.



    (5)  Boil neem leaves in water and use this water to rinse hair.


    (6)  Make a paste by tulsi leaves and amla powder mixed with water. Massage this paste on the scalp and let it remain for half to one hour. Wash the hair with water.

    Beauty Tips for Rainy Season

                 In Our skin needs changes from season to season. In rainy season we need to protect skin from high humidity levels and infectious environment. The chances of getting skin infections and skin problems are high during rainy seasons. The following tips are sure to help you in skin protection:


    (1)  Apply sunscreen before going outside as sun rays are still there in rainy season.


    (2)  Prefer cotton clothing in rainy season to keep the skin cool and fresh.



    (3)   Do not use soap to wash your face as soap may dry your skin. Use homemade cleanser that ensures deep pore cleansing to wash away all the impurities.

    (5)   Heavy makeup should be avoided during monsoon because the chemicals present in it may clog your skin and increase the trouble.



    (6) Make sure to maintain habit or regular skin cleansing, toning and exfoliating.



    (7)  It will be good to take hot water bath before going to bed.



    (8) Add dry fruits in your daily diet to enhance your body resistance.
