Beauty Tips for Wrinkle free skin

Wrinkle and beauty dont go along well.people are afraid to get wrinkles becouse it spoils their beauty.
now im showing you solution this problem as much as possible.There are many reason for occurrence of wrinkles on skin except age and genetic.


(1)  Use moisturizer just after bath and whenever work with water.



(2)  Avoid alcoholic drinks because excessive alcohol consumption is bad for the skin.



(3)  Use full body massage at least once in a month.



(4)  Add green vegetables and tomatoes in your diet. In addition, fruits, nuts and beans are also good food for the skin.



(5)  Drinking at least 8 glasses of water is not only good for the health of your body, but it can even do wonders on your skin.



(6)  Mix 1 tsp honey with 1 tsp of milk cream. Apply well. Wash after 20 minutes.


(7)  Using sunscreen on a daily basis is also important, to protect your skin from getting damaged by the sun.



(8)  Rub the pulp of a ripe Papaya on the face and leave for half an hour before washing.This is a very good for your skin also.
